03 · After the guarantee window

Paid periods after the guarantee window are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time: the service keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. No cancellation fees, ever.

04 · How to claim

Email [email protected] from the owner address on file with the word 'refund'. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
